Develop and maintain the Quality Program and Infection Prevention Program for York General Hospital. Develop, complete and submit reports as required by committees, affiliated organizations, regulatory bodies, and others as directed. Serve as the Team Lead for Advancing Health Equity. Develop programs for Advancing Health Equity at York General. Implement actions and monthly reporting for Medicare Beneficiary Quality Improvement Programs and Medicaid Directed Payment programs. Ensure all thresholds are met as required. What You Need: Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the state of Nebraska with at least 5 years of acute care RN experience. Certifications in Infection Prevention and Infection Control and Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred or obtained within 3 years of employment. High level of detail, organization, the ability to utilize many portals of reporting and meet deadlines.
