Job Description Job Description We are beginning a rehab of the property. Must have Low Income Housing Tax Credit (Section 42) experience and strong leadership skills. We will be doing a rehab project of over 300 units that will be an affordable housing project. We are seeking a Property Manager which responsibilities include assist and coordinate relocation of current residents, all aspects of qualifying and maintaining tenant files for approval with syndicators and State Agencies. Compliance duties may also include assisting with other LIHTC projects within the Companies portfolio Responsibilities: Affordable Housing Experience at least 3 years Oversee and coordinate relocation of residents Oversee and coordinate all lease transactions Attract and educate new tenants Investigate and resolve tenant complaints Update and improve properties to increase return on investment Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations Qualifications: Affordable Housing Section 42 Experience at least 3 years Previous experience in property management or other related fields Familiarity with rental contracts and leases Ability to build rapport with tenants Ability to multitask and prioritize Excellent written and verbal communication skills Job Type: Full-time
