Job Description Job Description WE are searching for a driven, self-starter that is great at working independently but loves being a part of a team and strives to reach team goals Top notch customer service is a must You just also have great communication skills and be a natural problem-solver As a Property Manager you will be responsible for: LEASING up new townhomes in the Salt Lake City area and retaining residents by utilizing the best customer service skills Following up and communicating with residents and prospects continually Taking work orders and making best efforts to solve problems and completing work orders when possible. Enforcing rules of the properties to promote safety and enjoyment of the community. Managing vendors, invoicing, purchasing and basic budget management.
