The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the property’s high standards, ensuring resident satisfaction, and effectively managing operations, financial performance, and tenant relations. This role requires an individual with a passion for luxury living and a commitment to delivering exceptional service in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Property Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the property, ensuring everything is running smoothly and efficiently. Maintain the property’s luxury standards by ensuring the building and common areas are kept clean, well-maintained, and secure. Coordinate and supervise the work of maintenance staff, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely completion of work orders and projects. Tenant Relations: Provide outstanding customer service to residents, addressing concerns, requests, and maintenance issues promptly and professionally. Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents to foster a sense of community and ensure tenant retention. Conduct regular property tours and move-ins/move-outs, ensuring a seamless process for all residents. Leasing&Financial Management: Oversee the leasing process, including showing units, handling inquiries, conducting tours, and processing applications. Monitor occupancy levels and work closely with leasing agents to ensure the property meets its leasing and revenue goals. Prepare and manage the property’s budget, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining luxury standards. Approve invoices, review financial reports, and ensure accurate record-keeping in compliance with company policies. Property Marketing&Branding: Work with the marketing team to create and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the property and attract high-quality tenants. Ensure that the property maintains a strong brand presence both online and offline. Plan and organize community events and initiatives that enhance resident experience and engagement. Compliance&Legal Responsibilities: Ensure the property complies with all federal, state, and local regulations, including safety, health, and fair housing laws. Prepare and maintain necessary documentation, including lease agreements, property inspections, and reports for regulatory compliance. Handle tenant disputes, evictions, and legal matters as required, coordinating with legal teams to ensure proper processes are followed. Qualifications: Yardi Software Experience is REQUIRED Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of property management experience, preferably with luxury residential properties. Proven track record in managing residential properties, handling tenant relations, and overseeing leasing processes. Skills&Abilities: Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage a variety of tasks in a high-end residential setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with residents, staff, and external partners. Proficient in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, MRI) and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of New Jersey rental laws and regulations, as well as safety and maintenance codes. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred. Property management certifications (e.g., CAM, CPM) are a plus. Personal Attributes: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team of staff. Customer-focused with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. A proactive problem-solver who can handle challenging situations with diplomacy and professionalism. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
