Plan&manage yearly budget Code and pay invoices Complete monthly reports Ensure sales and maintenance team are meeting necessary goals Follow eviction&move-out processes Achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents. Property Manager to ensure compliance with financing programs such as Tax Credit, Bond compliance, HUD, etc. Property Manager Requirements Onsite apartment property management experience Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and Affrodable Housing experience required.
