If you're ready to bring your knowledge and leadership to a dynamic team, apply today and start earning WEEKLY pay upon clearance of background checks Job Title: Property Manager Schedule: 32hrs per week We're Looking for Someone Who: Understands HUD regulations inside and out, including HUD Handbook 4350.3 Excels in managing HUD-assisted properties like Section 8 and PBRA programs Demonstrates a strong background in LIHTC compliance and IRS Section 42 regulations Ensures seamless income verification and compliance monitoring for LIHTC properties Maintains strict adherence to HUD and LIHTC requirements, from timely reports to thorough audits Your Responsibilities Will Include: Cultivating positive tenant relationships while upholding compliance with regulatory standards Overseeing financial aspects such as budgeting, rent collection, and expense management Leading and mentoring a dedicated team of leasing consultants and maintenance professionals Collaborating effectively with tenants, owners, and external auditors Note: Experience with project based Section 8 / LIHTC communities is required.
