Job Description Job Description Our client a property management company located in Greenfield, MA is looking for a Property Manager to join their team on a direct hire basis as soon as possible. This would be a Mon-Fri traditional office hours position but would require someone to be on call on occasion to deal with tenant needs and concerns that may come up after hours every once and a while. Travel to the various commercial and residential properties the company has in western MA would also be required on an as needed basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent customer service skills, and a thorough understanding of tenant and vendor relations. This role requires an individual who can effectively manage tenant relationships, ensure compliance with legal standards, and maintain the overall condition of the properties. Ideally someone will come with a background dealing in condominium association management. Responsibilities Oversee the management and maintenance of residential and commercial properties, ensuring high occupancy, tenant satisfaction, and property value retention Conduct property inspections, organize repairs, and ensure all properties are in excellent condition and comply with local regulations Manage tenant relations, including handling inquiries, resolving disputes, and enforcing lease terms Serve as the primary contact for condominium association clients, working closely with association boards and members Attend condo association meetings (after business hours), providing support with agenda planning, updates on property maintenance, and addressing community concerns Coordinate and manage association budgets, vendor relations, and maintenance, ensuring compliance with association bylaws Maintain organized and accurate records of all association documents, meeting notes, maintenance logs, and communications Prepare and manage property budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations Collaborate with accounting to monitor rent collections, process invoices, and support financial reporting Serve as the primary point of contact for on-call emergencies Coordinating with vendors and tenants as needed to address urgent issues Skills Experience managing condominium associations and working with association boards preferred Proven experience in property management Strong knowledge of property management software, accounting practices, and relevant legal regulations Excellent record-keeping and document management skills, with attention to detail in maintaining organized records for easy retrieval Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, association members, and vendors Availability for on-call shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to respond to urgent property needs If you are interested in landing a Property Manager position at reputable company in Greenfield, MA with properties throughout western MA, please contact JMT Staffing Solutions at 781-558-2589 or apply to this ad today and a staffing manager will be back in touch with more details.
