Responsibilities and Duties Manage all leasing and sales activities Capitalize on walk-in traffic and assist potential tenants in completing applications. Handle billing and collections efficiently, ensuring timely payments from tenants. Collaborate closely with the community management team in Ohio to meet operational goals and attend regular seminars on manufactured housing. Qualifications and Skills A minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, banking, medical office, or insurance sales, as well as leasing and real estate backgrounds, are also welcome. Stable job history with a strong understanding of Fair Housing practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with tenants and team members. Tech-savvy and comfortable using software systems like RentManager; experience with sales is a plus.
