Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will lead a team of professionals, drive performance, and uphold the highest standards of excellence. Key Responsibilities: Property Leadership: Manage the daily operations of the property, ensuring it operates within financial guidelines established by the Regional Manager and ownership. Team Management: Lead, supervise, and mentor office and maintenance staff. Oversee hiring, training, and performance management to build a high-performing team. Resident Relations: Develop and implement innovative resident retention programs, addressing complaints and concerns promptly and professionally. Leasing&Marketing: Drive occupancy through effective leasing strategies, ensuring all sales techniques meet company standards. Collaborate with marketing to implement campaigns that attract and retain residents. Operational Excellence: Conduct regular property inspections, enforce OSHA safety standards, and ensure compliance with company policies. Financial Oversight: Prepare and manage budgets, generate required reports, and ensure the property meets financial performance metrics. Professional Development: Stay ahead of industry trends by pursuing certifications, attending educational opportunities, and seeking personal growth. Qualifications: We are seeking candidates with the following: Education&Experience: High school diploma or GED required; CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) or ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) certification strongly preferred. Minimum of 3 years of property management experience, with a proven ability to lead teams and meet operational goals. Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities to motivate teams and build lasting relationships with residents. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in property management software and basic financial reporting. Physical Requirements: Ability to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods. Must occasionally lift or move up to 10 pounds.
