If so, KRS Holdings wants you to lead our expansion into new markets As a Property Manager - Developing Territory , you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy in the Charlottesville and Lynchburg, Virginia markets. You'll leverage your sales expertise to acquire new properties and clients, driving revenue and expanding our portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to combine your sales skills with your passion for real estate and make a significant impact on our company's success. What You'll Do: Hunt for New Business: Identify and pursue new property owners and real estate investors, showcasing the value of partnering with KRS Holdings. Build a Network: Develop strong relationships with key players in the real estate industry, including agents, builders, and investors, to generate a consistent flow of leads. Close Deals: Negotiate and secure contracts with property owners, ensuring profitable and sustainable growth for our portfolio. Manage Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for property owners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations. Oversee Property Performance: Manage the day-to-day operations of your growing portfolio, including leasing, tenant relations, and financial oversight. Lead and Mentor: Guide and develop a team of maintenance staff and vendors to ensure top-notch service for all properties under your management. What We're Looking For: Sales Hunter: 5-7 years of proven success in a sales-driven role, with a track record of exceeding targets. Real Estate Acumen: 1-3 years of experience in property management or a related field, with a solid understanding of the real estate industry. Licensed and Ready: Must have or be willing to obtain a real estate license within 45 days of hire. Communication Powerhouse: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Organized and Tech-Savvy: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in using technology to manage your business.
