Job Description Job Description Ready to learn about the fast-paced world of property management? This internship program is designed for you to collaborate with all Century Sales&Management departments to maximize your potential for a possible future role in this industry. Plan to learn real-life applications of the industry, accept designated, business-focused tasks, to complete, and present a final overview of the experience to Human Resources. This 12-week course runs from May-August of 2025 and is open to any level of undergraduate or graduate education. Candidate applications will accepted through January 31st, 2025 with interviews beginning in February 2025. All my mentors were friendly and taught me valuable skills and real-life applications of the industry." -Jack, 2024 Century Intern Major Areas of Learning You will have visibility of all departments of Century with the results of learning basic tasks, developing skills, and building mentoring relationships in the following areas of property management: Administrative Leasing/Marketing Property Management Resident Management Accounting General Property Management Law and Practices Specific Responsibilities Include Work to assist all property management teams within Century Perform basic customer service duties using various mediums and communication channels. Understand and help perform marketing and leasing duties. Perform unit inspections for vacant and occupied units. Learn about receivable and eviction procedures. Learn about reading property financials and bill pay. Learn general landlord/tenant law.
