Job Description for a Property Care Crew Member: The Property Care Crew Member is responsible for day-to-day production of all aspects of the property care maintenance services outlined in each customer contract. This will include but is not limited to mowing, trimming, cleaning hard surfaces, hard edging, and bed weed control. Core Skills: Equipment ID/Use Tool ID Mulch Spreading Lawn Mower Use Lawn Mower Issue ID Mowing (straight lines on flat terrain) Fuel ID PPE ID/Use Plant ID Requirements for Property Care Crew Member: Proficient in identifying and using basic equipment and tools including blowers, weed eater, shears, leaf rake&wheelbarrow. Proficient in fuel types including 2 Cycle, regular&diesel. Proficient in spring cleanups including debris/property cleanup, edging, mulching&pruning/trimming. Proficient in fall cleanups including leaf blowing, raking, and pickup&pruning. Proficient in mulching using tools and hands and protecting plants. Ability to mow in straight lines on flat terrain. Ability to edge and prune/trimming. Ability to identify chemicals. Prepare truck/trailer with equipment and materials per work order. Other Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of lawn maintenance techniques. 1 – 3 years of landscape maintenance experience. Plant ID/Care Certification/Training (preferred). Bilingual in Spanish&English (preferred). Ability to operate and maintain various types of mowing equipment. Strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Valid driver's license is preferred. Physical Requirements: Lift, pull, push 50 pounds. Navigate diverse terrain. Work in all seasons and weather conditions.
