Job Description Job Description Project Manager Major Job Duties: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning to delivery, ensuring that all objectives are met within scope, time, and budget. Manage the execution of implementation plans for China Unicom Americas, focusing on telecom services, network solutions, and IT infrastructure. Establish and maintain agile project management practices to enhance the responsiveness and efficiency of project delivery. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, delivery) and external partners to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution throughout the project. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. Serve as customer's primary point of contact, ensuring their needs are met, and any challenges are addressed promptly. Drive process improvements across the delivery chain to enhance project efficiency and quality. Prepare and present regular project status reports to internal stakeholders and senior leadership. Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years of project management experience in telecommunications or IT. Strong knowledge of telecom services, data centers, network solutions, and cloud platforms. Experience managing complex, cross-border projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Proficiency in agile project management methodologies and tools. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams across different time zones. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality results. PMP or other project management certifications are highly desirable. Basic IP network knowledge is required. CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) or equivalent certifications are preferred. Complete fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is required.
