What You Will Do: Manage all aspects of client, team, and project coordination, including full documentation coordination with consultants. Lead the design team and conduct client meetings Execute programming, space planning, and the development of design concepts Ability to produce accurate and highly detailed construction documents. Production will be solely Revit-based. Perform QA/QC reviews of projects Extensive interface with clients, consultants as well as building and permitting officials Present project information at various public meetings as required, including ZBA, Planning Board, and Design Reviews Provide guidance and support to junior staff Qualifications: Positive, upbeat personality with the confidence to be the lead on projects. Relevant experience within an architectural firm setting, Professional Degree in Architecture Proficient in Revit Experience with delivering all phases of a project with various project types. Strong technical knowledge and extensive experience in architectural design, material&systems detailing and building envelope systems design Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate well in both verbal and written communication; comfortable with presenting information to clients, consultants, and other parties; is able to play an active role in client, team meetings, and public hearings when applicable.
