As a Program Manager , you are responsible for providing project support and updates to employees, leadership, and the customer. You believe in doing the job right. Being the best. In addition, you will: Develop, maintain, and provide extensive job progress reporting through continued monitoring of job status Update local leadership with new projects, schedule issues, and client concerns Manage client needs and concerns through on/offsite meetings Assist with sales forecasting Communicate and train internal departments on customer procedures and expected deliverables About You: You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work You have extensive experience tracking and monitoring construction projects You have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, and the ability to learn custom software You have excellent verbal, written, phone, and interpersonal skills You enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment You have excellent multitasking skills and can quickly transition between projects Hard work pays off.
