For more information, visit: www.e15group.com Job Summary The Vice President of Strategy&Analytics will oversee the strategic direction and programming of the North America food program for a large Fortune five global client. You will work with senior stakeholders to drive performance, manage strategic projects, oversee financial performance, optimize costs, and enhance guest experience across the client portfolio. You will manage a geographically distributed team to oversee hospitality delivery across over 100 locations totaling over $130M in annual spend. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage $130M budget for food and beverage operations across the US and Canada. Manage a growing team (5 full-time associates) in vendor management and initiatives. Collaborate with client and regional stakeholders on enterprise-wide initiatives. Oversee and improve food program in strategic planning, integrated program management, guest experience management, performance management, vendor relationship management, operations management, and technology strategy&implementation. Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders for effective collaboration. Lead strategic initiatives by developing KPIs and performance measurement practices. Communicate project details proactively across organizational levels. Analyze business data to identify patterns and insights for decision-making. Create and standardize reporting formats for clarity and consistency. Identify and manage ad hoc projects aligning with client objectives. Provide leadership and professional development opportunities to team members. QUALIFICATIONS 7 years of experience in consulting, operational, analytical, or client-facing businesses. Proven success managing a portfolio of operations including cafes and catering. Strong work ethic with urgency to support teammates and stakeholders. Able to pivot as needs and priorities change. Experience in a matrixed organization. Leadership and recruitment experience. Degree in business strategy, hospitality, business analytics, finance, economics, or a related field. Ability to develop stakeholder relationships at all levels. Strong communication skills. PREFERRED Big 4 or advisory consulting experience. Food and/or Retail knowledge/experience.
