We’re seeking a Registered Professional Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the design and development of commercial and industrial HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems. You’ll partner with business leaders and construction teams to create value-driven, design/build solutions that leave a lasting impact—earning the trust of our customers and fostering long-term partnerships. Responsibilities Develop Solutions: Design HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems that align with customer needs and industry standards. Collaborate Across Teams: Work with operations, architects, and engineers to ensure seamless integration of systems. Drive Innovation: Conduct load calculations, energy simulations, and lifecycle cost analyses to deliver efficient, high-performing designs. Build Relationships: Foster connections with architects, contractors, and developers to grow our corporate client base. Lead with Excellence: Guide Revit designers and engineers while prioritizing deadlines and delivering top-tier work. Requirements Education&Expertise: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably Mechanical) and registration as a Professional Engineer. Proven Experience: 5–10 years in commercial/industrial HVAC and mechanical systems design. Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Trane Trace 700, or similar, knowledge of building codes and industry standards, expertise in HVAC and plumbing design for commercial and healthcare projects, and the ability to diagnose and solve functional issues with existing mechanical systems. Exceptional Communication: Ability to explain complex systems in clear, accessible terms. Customer Focus: A knack for balancing technical excellence with the needs of clients and stakeholders.
