This popular team focuses on litigation involving toxic torts, environmental disputes and other complex litigation matters, representing large corporate clients in a variety of tort and product liability disputes. This is an excellent New York-based opportunity to represent chemical, agricultural and energy industry clients and other corporations in individual, mass joinder and class action cases across the U.S., at both the trial and appellate levels. You will be involved in claims of property damage and personal injuries due to alleged exposures to pesticides; asbestos and silica; vinyl chloride; formaldehyde; dioxin; chlorine; TCE; and other solvents. In addition, you will also be involved in product liability cases for clients in various industries, including the pharmaceutical, automotive, financial services, and food and beverage sectors.
