Product Industrialization Manager (PIM) Responsibilities: Participate in the industrialization of new products (Specific tools / Range / FMEA / ): Write specifications and launch consultations. Take into account the industrial constraints in the design of new products and participate in the development of the structure of the nomenclatures. Create macro-ranges and ranges, documents, and instructions. Plan the tools/procedures while training the users. Plan the layout of workstations. Ensure EHS compliance of new equipment. Ensure that target costs are met and that product costs are optimized. Pilot the Alstom FAR-FMR-SM procedure. Education: - Technical Master Degree Experience: - Experience in a similar position is mandatory. Skills and Competencies: Good communication in both French and English. Project management.
