Job Description Job Description Irvine based Plaintiff Personal Injury litigation law firm is seeking to hire a full-time Pre-litigation assistant/paralegal. Duties and skills required include: Maintaining a pre-litigation case load of personal injury cases ranging from automobile collisions to wrongful death cases. Must have excellent knowledge in obtain medical records and billing. Must have strong oral and written communication skills. Must be able to prepare written correspondence on behalf of the attorneys including demand letters. Must be able to multi-task, manage time sensitive documents and excellent organizational skills. Must be able to function in a busy team environment. Maintaining client database and client files. Calculating and calendaring case related deadlines. Resolution of property damage claims. Resolution of medical payments for clients. Communicating effectively with clients, opposing counsel, opposing party, and/or third parties. Proficient in Microsoft Office/Outlook. Knowledge of Trial works a plus Litigation assistant skills including drafting Complaints, Discovery and various pleadings a plus. · Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred. · Minimum 3 Years Plaintiff Personal Injury experience required.
