Postdoctoral Fellow in Materials Science Title: Postdoctoral Fellow in Materials Science School: Harvard John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences Department/Area: Position Description: The Li Group is looking for a postdoctoral research fellow for projects on battery materials/devices or strongly correlated materials. Recent Ph.D. and postdocs with a background in materials science, physics, applied physics, chemistry, or a related field are encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will have expertise in some of the following areas: Design, synthesis, and testing of electrochemical energy storage materials Advanced characterizations of energy-related materials Design of battery devices DFT simulations Theoretical and simulation approaches for strongly correlated materials Basic Qualifications: Ph.D. Additional Qualifications: Strong communication skills, motivation in scientific research, and experience in writing scientific papers are required. Candidates with a strong background in solid-state batteries or unconventional superconductors are encouraged to apply.
