Qualifications Minimum Qualifications MD or DO Degree Board Certification in any of the following: Occupational Health, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency and/or General Surgery Minimum of 24 months experience within the last 36 months as a Physician Current, full, active, and unrestricted license Current BLS certificate with AHA or Red Cross required.
