Responsibilities Job Specific Details and Tasks: The duties include, but are not limited to the following: Perform physical health assessments (physical examinations) according to specifications outlined within FOH medical examination guidelines (called medical panels in FOH electronic medical record system) using designated FOH and/or customer agency forms. Perform physical health assessments and provide responsive advanced occupational health care services within FOH SPS to possibly include travel immunization or medication prescription and/or dispensation, short-term prescription provision to address acute care issues or provide medical counter measures to an immediate health threat (if authorized under State license and privileged to do so by FOH Credentialing and Privileging representatives). Coordinate care activities with colleagues, program directors, and customer agency POCs, as appropriate. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: MD or DO Degree Board Certification in any of the following: Occupational Health, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency and/or General Surgery Minimum of 24 months experience within the last 36 months as a Physician Current, full, active, and unrestricted license Current BLS certificate with AHA or Red Cross required Minimum of 3 Peer References that can attest to your clinical ability within the past 2 years Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 unless the employee is legally entitled to an accommodation J-18808-Ljbffr
