Urgent need for Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant specialized in General Surgery for Stevens Point, WI location Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and obtain detailed medical histories from patients. Assist in diagnosing illnesses and developing treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians. Perform various medical procedures, including airway management and basic life support as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Participate in clinical trials and data collection efforts to support ongoing research initiatives. Provide education to patients regarding health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care for patients with infectious diseases and other public health concerns.
