A highly reputable orthopedics practice in the Kennewick, WA area is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join their esteemed team. Key Responsibilities: Assist in surgical procedures under the guidance of orthopedic surgeons, including joint replacements, arthroscopic surgeries, and fracture repairs. Conduct thorough patient evaluations, assessments, and follow-up care in both clinic and hospital settings. Perform injections, splinting, and wound care as part of treatment plans. Collaborate closely with orthopedic surgeons, physicians, and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to coordinate patient care and treatment plans. Provide patient education regarding orthopedic conditions, treatment options, and post-operative care. Qualifications: Current certification and licensure as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Washington state. Experience in orthopedics is preferred, but candidates with a strong interest in orthopedics will be considered. Proficiency in assisting in orthopedic surgeries and procedures. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
