Join Our Team as a Full-Time Physical Therapist for Healthy Living at Home Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of patients within the comfort of their own homes? Healthy Living at Home is seeking dedicated Physical Therapists to provide exceptional care and support to patients in Scottsdale and surrounding areas. Compensation is on a Pay Per Visit Model with starting $100,000 / Year Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive physical therapy assessments and evaluations in patients' homes. Develop personalized treatment plans and goals based on individual patient needs. Deliver direct physical therapy services and interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and techniques for ongoing management. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes. Qualifications: Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state. Doctorate or Master's degree (MS) in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Minimum of one (1) year of professional experience as a Physical Therapist. Current CPR certification. Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
