Join the Blue Bird Day team Physical Therapist candidates should be eager to join a multi-disciplinary team of providers, collaborating to provide an individualized treatment approach that recognizes each child's individual needs and personality. Our Physical Therapists' Day to Day: Maintain a caseload of individual physical therapy sessions, small group sessions, and daily case management tasks. Complete daily physical therapy treatment notes, daily data input and analysis, evaluations, plan of care documents, and other documentation. Participate in on-going collaboration with the client's team and family including weekly emails, phone calls, and in-person discussions. Establish and maintain relationships with clients and families by providing parent education, home programs, and parent support as needed.
