ATTENTION: This position requires graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing) and a state license as a Physical Therapist. Now Hiring: Physical Therapist | Full-time | Outpatient Orthopedics | Mosinee, WI (54455) Position Overview: Bone Joint is expanding and is now seeking multiple full-time Physical Therapists to join its dynamic team in Mosinee, WI, focused on Outpatient Orthopedics. This role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires and provides an exceptional work environment where patient care is the primary focus. Position Highlights: • Location: Bone Joint, 1021 Western Ave Suite B, Mosinee, WI 54455 • Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7am-6pm (variable hours); no weekends or holidays. • Sign-on Bonus: $10,000 for full-time hire. • Patient Focus: The caseload is primarily general orthopedics with about 50% post-op care. PTs treat all age groups and collaborate closely with physicians to ensure top-notch patient care. Key Responsibilities: • Provide 1-on-1 physical therapy treatment with no passing of patients to an aide or double-booking. • Treat around 53 patients per week, with 45-minute sessions for evaluations and treatments. • Collaborate regularly with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care. Work/Life Balance: This full-time role offers an excellent work/life balance with no weekend or holiday shifts. Enjoy flexible hours during the clinics operation times. Job Requirements: • Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent standing. • Licensure: Eligible for Wisconsin state licensure as a Physical Therapist. • Experience: New graduates are welcome to apply.
