Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of physical therapy principles and practices, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care. This role involves working with patients of various ages and conditions, including outpatient and inpatient settings, to develop individualized treatment plans that promote recovery and enhance mobility. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their physical therapy needs. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient evaluations. Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including trigger point therapy, to alleviate pain and improve function. Educate patients and their families about treatment options, exercises, and rehabilitation processes. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with medical terminology standards. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. Provide care in diverse settings, including pediatrics, orthopedics, outpatient clinics, hospitals, and inpatient facilities. Experience A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required. Proven experience in physical therapy practice is preferred, particularly in outpatient or inpatient environments. Knowledge of physiology and medical terminology is essential for effective patient assessment and communication. Familiarity with pediatric care is a plus but not mandatory. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and their families while providing compassionate care. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
