Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. This role involves assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and quality of life. Duties Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and patient goals. Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to enhance recovery and rehabilitation. Educate patients and their families about treatment protocols, home exercises, and injury prevention. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes. Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy practices and medical terminology. Requirements Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. Experience in acute care settings or outpatient clinics is preferred. Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and education.
