Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, with experience in various settings including outpatient and inpatient environments. This role involves developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to help patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life. A focus on geriatrics and pediatrics is preferred, as well as expertise in home community care. Responsibilities Assess patients’ physical abilities and limitations through comprehensive evaluations. Develop tailored care plans based on individual patient needs and goals. Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques, including trigger point therapy, to enhance recovery. Educate patients and their families about treatment options, exercises, and wellness strategies. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes using medical terminology. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Stay updated on best practices in physical therapy, anatomy knowledge, and advancements in the field. Experience Proven experience in physical therapy, particularly in geriatrics, pediatrics, outpatient, and inpatient settings. Familiarity with home community care practices is highly desirable. Strong understanding of medical terminology and anatomy knowledge is essential. Previous experience developing effective care plans tailored to diverse patient populations is a plus. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
