Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various areas of physical therapy, including home health, acute care, and inpatient settings. This role involves providing exceptional patient care to individuals across different age groups, including geriatrics and pediatrics. The Physical Therapist will utilize their knowledge of anatomy and systems to develop personalized treatment plans aimed at improving patients' mobility and overall quality of life. Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical abilities and needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations. Provide hands-on therapy techniques to enhance mobility, strength, and function. Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention strategies. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Document patient progress accurately and maintain detailed records in compliance with regulations. Stay updated with the latest advancements in physical therapy practices and techniques. Experience Proven experience in physical therapy settings such as home health, acute care, or inpatient facilities is preferred. Familiarity with patient care systems and documentation processes is essential. Knowledge of anatomy and its application in therapeutic practices is required. Experience working with diverse populations, including geriatrics and pediatrics, is a plus. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members.
