Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various therapeutic techniques and a passion for helping patients regain their mobility and improve their quality of life. This role involves working in diverse settings, including clinics, hospitals, and home community care environments, providing care to patients across different age groups, including geriatrics and pediatrics. Duties Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations to develop individualized treatment plans. Implement therapeutic interventions such as trigger point therapy, discharge planning, and rehabilitation exercises. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols, home exercises, and preventive measures. Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress in accordance with clinic policies and regulatory standards. Participate in continuing education opportunities to stay current with best practices in physical therapy. Experience A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required. Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist. Experience in acute care settings is preferred but not mandatory; familiarity with geriatrics, pediatrics, or home community care is a plus. Knowledge of various therapeutic systems and techniques is essential for effective patient treatment. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
