Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a clinical setting, focusing on rehabilitation and recovery. This role requires expertise in various therapeutic techniques and the ability to develop individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs. The Physical Therapist will work with diverse patient populations, including pediatrics, geriatrics, and those requiring orthopedic rehabilitation. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical abilities and limitations. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs and goals. Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including trigger point therapy, to enhance patient recovery. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment options and home exercises. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for patients. Document all patient interactions and treatment outcomes accurately in the clinic's systems. Participate in discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition for patients leaving therapy services. Experience A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required. Proven experience in patient care within a clinical environment is preferred, with specific experience in pediatrics, orthopedics, or geriatrics being advantageous. Familiarity with developing care plans and conducting discharge planning is essential. Strong communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
