Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy, with a comprehensive understanding of anatomy and medical terminology. This role involves working with patients in various settings, including inpatient facilities and home health care, to develop and implement effective care plans that promote recovery and enhance mobility. Responsibilities Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and goals. Implement therapeutic interventions, including trigger point therapy and rehabilitation exercises. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols, home exercises, and discharge planning. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes. Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy practices and techniques. Requirements Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist. Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and physical therapy techniques. Experience in inpatient settings or home community care is preferred. Familiarity with developing care plans tailored to individual patient needs. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and colleagues.
