Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of human anatomy and medical terminology, with experience in various settings such as pediatrics, orthopedics, geriatrics, and acute care. This role involves developing personalized treatment plans to help patients recover from injuries, improve mobility, and enhance their overall quality of life. Responsibilities Assess patients' physical conditions and needs through comprehensive evaluations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and progress. Utilize various therapeutic techniques and modalities to promote healing and rehabilitation. Educate patients and their families on exercises, techniques, and lifestyle modifications to support recovery. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care. Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and participate in ongoing professional development. Requirements Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Valid state license to practice physical therapy. Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and physical therapy principles. Experience in pediatrics, orthopedics, geriatrics, acute care, or home community care is preferred. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and interdisciplinary teams. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment. Proficiency in using electronic health record systems for documentation purposes.
