Thank you for your interest Quick Glance: This is a full-time, part-time, or PRN Physical Therapist position to perform outpatient therapy within home-based settings in the Madison area of AL.The PT hired will work with the geriatric population.All billed as Medicare Part B. Full-time is preferred, 40 hours per week are available. We're looking for someone who has the availability to work 20 hours per week at minimum. If PRN / Per Diem, the candidate hired will perform ongoing 1-on-1 direct patient care. Regular and consistent weekly availability is required, which includes 3 weekdays of availability. We cannot accommodate someone who is only available nights and weekends. Overview: A growing organization is now hiring a Physical Therapist for an expanded caseload in the Madison area of AL. The PT will provide community-based outpatient services (Medicare Part B) to homes and/or within Senior Living Communities in the area. The full-time, part-time, or PRN position includes a flexible schedule/hours per week based on your preference.
