Responsibilities include but are not limited to performance of initial comprehensive P.T. evaluations, formulation of P.T. plan of care and goals, implementation of appropriate therapeutic activities to ensure maximal functional outcomes, management of support staff, and ongoing evaluation and coordination of patient needs with the healthcare team.
