Physical Therapy Director (PT) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm As a Physical Therapy Center Director with Concentra, you will positively shape healthcare in your community. Working together with medical and operational professionals, you will provide needed therapy interventions to injured individuals in an outpatient orthopedics clinic environment. Being a clinician is more than what you do, it’s who you are—but maybe you’ve been spending too many weekends on shift, and not enough on your personal life. Demonstrates proficiency in PT guidelines and addresses outlier cases, optimizing workflows with an early intervention focus. Fosters teamwork and quality in a collaborative environment, identifying clinical improvement opportunities. Builds relationships with employers, referrals, and payers, mastering clinical systems for efficient documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving satisfaction metrics. Qualifications Bachelor of Science or advanced degree in Physical Therapy (PT) State licensure requirements 3 years of clinical experience without occupational health background OR 2 years with occupational health background Concentra® pioneered the occupational medicine industry in 1979.
