The Rehabilitation Aide (Rehab Aide) is responsible for assisting the therapy staff as directed in readying residents for treatment, carries out duties as assigned by the Director of Rehab to enhance resident care. As a representative of the Rehabilitation department, and of the organization, it is required that the Rehab Aide perform the essential functions of the job in a professional manner, with a positive attitude and is aware and supportive of the mission, vision, resident Bill of Rights, policies and procedures of the organization.
