Job Overview Leaders in this role will oversee the Scissortail renewable natural gas production facility located in Enid, OK. Individuals are accountable for all aspects of the management and performance of both the physical and human assets in their assigned facilities. Job Duties&Responsibilities Provides leadership in all aspects of operation and maintenance Assisting in planning and managing of O&M budgets Manages the technical performance of the plant Leads the safety of the facility and personnel Complies with all regulations and policies Oversees personnel development and succession planning Drives the continuous improvement of performance Performs other job-related duties as assigned Job Overview Employees in this job lead a team of Technicians. Their team is responsible for the assessment, management, and planning of activities to ensure all plant or pipeline equipment is operational and available to support production requirements. Team responsibilities include technical support for daily operations, plant and process improvements, equipment acquisition, plant breakdown and analysis, and recommending corrective actions.
