This casual position plays a pivotal role, prioritising the well-being of our residents above all else. Casual Position – Varied roster including sleepovers – good availability desirable to pick up shifts and cover for holidays. The position Reporting to the Village Manager, you will be responsible for: Assisting and supporting residents in their daily activities, including tasks like continence management, showering, dressing, and personal grooming. Ensuring residents receive their prescribed medications promptly and accurately. Collaborating in the preparation, service, and delivery of daily meals and special functions for our cherished residents. Managing laundry tasks for residents as required, maintaining their comfort and hygiene. We’re on the lookout for someone with: Demonstrated experience in the role and industry. Great communication skills both written and verbal. Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support. National Police Check (or ability to obtain). First Aid&CPR Certificate (or ability to obtain). Prepared to undertake a pre-employment medical assessment including Drug and Alcohol Testing.
