Our employees make all the difference in our success Role: The Clinical Liaison Nurse is responsible for facilitating referrals in hospitals, facilities, and homes as the Organization’s representative. Qualifications: Current license as RN in the state the employee is providing care, current active single-state out-of-state nurse license, or current active multistate/compact nurse license. Minimum of one (1) year of acute healthcare experience; hospice experience preferred. Previous experience working with an EMR/EHR (Electronic Medical/Health Record) system. Marketing or sales experience preferred. Able to perform admissions in the acute care setting. Ability to effectively communicate in English (written and verbal). Excellent customer service focus. Detail oriented. Ability to multitask and prioritize. Ability to present oneself in a professional manner. Ability to manage physical demands and emotional stress of workload. Strong goal/outcome orientation with exceptional time-management skills. Mobile Driver - Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance per Company policy. Reliable transportation to meet schedule.
