Demonstrated expertise in pain/symptom management and advanced care planning Required Certifications and Licensure Licensed to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of agency operation with current and unencumbered advanced practice nursing license in state(s) practicing Active DEA license in the state where care is being provided. Certified by a nationally recognized advanced nursing practice organization Possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role, preferred Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations Must have reliable automobile, valid driver’s license, and the minimum state required liability auto insurance
