Our client, a leading construction and engineering company, is seeking a Field Project Planner Scheduler to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, proficiency in scheduling software, and excellent communication skills to align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Field Project Planner Scheduler Location: New Castle, Delaware Pay Range: [Rate Data Not Provided] What's the Job? Develop detailed project plans and schedules in collaboration with project managers, engineers, and contractors. Monitor progress against project schedules and milestones and identify schedule variances and risks. Analyze schedule impacts of changes to project scope, resources, or priorities and develop mitigation strategies. Prepare schedule reports and presentations to communicate schedule status and performance to project stakeholders. Provide recommendations to optimize project schedules, including resource leveling, critical path analysis, and schedule compression. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field. Experience working as a project planner/scheduler or project controls specialist in the construction or engineering industry. Proficiency in scheduling software and tools, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project. Knowledge of project management principles and techniques, including schedule development, resource management, and risk analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
