The ideal candidate is a service-oriented outside sales expert that can prospect, present, and close deals efficiently. If you are looking to combine your communication and prospecting skills with your outside sales experience to leverage a more lucrative career in the industry, we want you on our team Responsibilities Maintain a professional appearance Inspect properties and create repair plans Maximize every lead and appointment assigned Build winning relationships, both with clients and team members Follow sales processes Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements/revenue-generating activities Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand and close deals efficiently Convert “no” into “yes” by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points Use your prospecting and follow-up skills with potential customers online, in-person, or on the phone to uncover potential upsells and new clients Qualifications Clean driving record with an active driver's license Construction experience preferred High school or equivalent diploma required; industry or product knowledge preferred At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing to your team’s goals A consistent top performer in sales You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals Compensation $120,000 - $180,000 yearly About G.L.
