Outpatient Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner – Group Practice Full-time Olesky Associates, Inc. has been in the placement/recruiting industry for three decades, offering an extensive array of services, ranging from physician placement to practice and hospital brokering. Experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner needed to join a multi-disciplinary behavioral health practice committed to personal, social, and professional growth, serving clients of all ages for more than 25 years in Needham, MA. The practice provides individual, group, couple, and family therapies; testing and diagnostic evaluations; psychiatric assessment and medication consultations; school consultation; and child advocacy. Responsibilities: Examine patients to determine general physical condition following standard medical procedures. Consult with outside agencies, referral sources, and other professionals as needed. Maintain clinical files and records for each client, including initial evaluations, assessments, treatment plans, session notes, transfer and termination summaries, and other required documentation. Determine nature and extent of mental disorder and formulate a treatment program. Treat and direct treatment of patients utilizing psychotherapeutic methods and medications.
