The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life. You will work with a diverse patient population, including those recovering from surgery, injury, or chronic conditions. Key Responsibilities: \ Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine therapy needs. \ Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical assessments. \ Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other modalities. \ Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and lifestyle changes to support recovery and prevent future injuries. \ Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care. \ Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. \ Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices through ongoing education and training. Qualifications: \ Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program. \ Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida. \ Strong interpersonal and communication skills. \ Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. \ Previous experience in an outpatient or rehabilitation setting is preferred but not required. \ CPR and First Aid certification.
