As an MGA Occupational Therapist (OT), you can expect: Paid Training and CEU Opportunities Personal Tablet for Electronic Charting Mentorship Program No Minimal Weekly Caseload/Visits, 1:1 Caseload Work close to home 24/7 On-Call Assistance Responsibilities: Provide skilled occupational therapy services/interventions to pediatric patients with various challenges (physical, neurological, cognitive, sensory, feeding, ADL, social/emotional deficits) Evaluate assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans based on individual needs Offer teaching and counseling to patients and their families Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient Ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with department and regulatory standards Qualifications Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorates degree from an accredited therapy program Active state licensure as required or in process Current Texas Occupational Therapy License is required or in process New graduates are welcome to apply.
