Responsibilities: Therapy screening Evaluations Daily treatment sessions Billing and documentation (completed via Net Health, formerly Optima HCS) Discharge planning Supervision of Occupational Therapy Assistant(s) Productivity standards of 85% weekly. The physical demands of the position require good physical and mental health status as the position requires walking/standing most of the day, transferring, and pushing residents and equipment.
